One goal of It's Contagious is to spread a little more happiness. On that note, you need to be happy right from the start. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of your original shipping date. All returns must be received by us before your exchange or refund can be processed.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if you choose to make an exchange, we will cover your new shipping cost for the replacement item.

Notes: Return shipping charges will be refunded only if your return is a result of an error made by It's Contagious Ltd.

Exchanges must be the same style/design with a different size request (i.e., Ladies Peace size Small exchanged for a Ladies Peace size Medium).

Please remember to use USPS when mailing back your item. We will not receive packages mailed through any other service.
